Do you have a side project, a web site you plan to build when you “find the time?” We’ve all been there. I want to help you launch your project in six weeks.
For the past five years I have been blogging about simplifying your projects and your life. When you sign up for side project coaching with me, I will bring these lessons–and fresh eyes–to your project. Together we will look over your feature list, your schedule, and your project’s unique complexities.
Now, it’s still going to take some work and I can’t do it for you. Like any good personal trainer, I’ll push you. I’ll help you get un-stuck. When it comes to scoping out features, finding a platform to use and discovering creative solutions, my technical skills make me a good resource.
Some of the folks I’ve helped already:
“Adam has been not only an excellent resource for planning a launch timeline but he has also provided invaluable networking. You would have to be absolutely stupid not to at least confide with Adam on how to make your next online project a success.”
– Bryce Clemmer, Durocast
“Adam has helped me realize side-project goals that have become, well, more than side projects. Thanks to Adam, I’ve been able to get out of the daily ‘9-to-5 grind’ and into a schedule that allows me to do the things I enjoy most. You may think your side projects are unattainable, but then you haven’t talked to Adam yet.”
– Koichi, Textfugu
Every project is different, but here’s an example of how the six weeks usually break down:
We trim your feature set to the barest essentials, set milestones and take a cold, hard look at your schedule.
You tackle something big that will give you a basic prototype, something you could show to a trusted ally. Then show it.
We keep your momentum going by focusing on quantity. Add many small features and tiny improvements.
Polish the sharp edges, because you need to let those trusted allies use your project as beta testers. Gather feedback.
Lock-down those features, because it’s time for bug fixes and interface improvements only.
Launch. Beautiful launch. It’s time to let the world see your project. Get it out there. And plan for the next steps.
While the details may change, one thing doesn’t: the timeline. I’m confident we can create a plan for your side project that, with some work on your part, will launch in six weeks. To be certain it’s a good fit, let’s chat before you decide. There’s no obligation and it’s free. Just fill out the form below.
Could you do this without me? Yes. But, to be frank, your track record isn’t so hot. Let me help you be successful this time. For only $600, I will help you plan, stay on track and ultimately finish your side project. That’s only $100 per week to guide you from here to done.
